Attorney Benjamin Paholke is an experienced litigator with a proven track record of excellence in both civil and criminal matters. Having started his career as a Law Clerk in the Spokane Superior Court for the Honorable Judge Gregory D. Sypolt, Benjamin was the only student in his class to win multiple jury trials before graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law. Following graduation, Benjamin went to work as an Assistant Attorney General of Guam, where he served as a criminal prosecutor before moving to the Consumer Protection Division where he litigated antitrust and deceptive trade practice cases against large tech companies including Google and Facebook.

 


Before founding Bona Fide Law, Benjamin worked at the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, where he prosecuted administrative enforcement actions against real estate brokerages, charities, and other regulated entities or individuals who violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) and other industry-specific laws or regulations.
